Locanda Pyramids Hotel

Lovely friendly staff and the room was modern and clean. 10 minutes from the pyramids. Great value for money. You get what you pay for.

Toilet didn't work well but was offered a different room so that was good. Very loud 24 hours a day outside.

If it's your first time to visit Giza, it is the best option to stay here because 1) most hotels in Giza have either different hotel names or addresses listed on the booking 2) Radwa, the manager? (at least she is more than a receptionist) speaks perfect English and super welcoming 3) the rooms are super clean, with all the amenities you need, they also burn incense so always smells very good 4)the magnificent view of the pyramids from the rooftop I stayed in 3 different hotels in Giza and this was the best choice. Location is top notch, and the hospitality, flexibility and efficiency of Radwa is amazing. I had a very comfortable stay here, thank you and see you soon!

If possible - egyption breakfast (vegetarian option) would have been nice!

Location, price, cleanness, and staff - especially Radwa, she speaking English fluently and a heartwarming person.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast, very close to the pyramids entrance, safe neighbourhood

The staff is very confusing. The pickup for the airport simply didn't come, they would take days to respond the messages, and the information about tours were given in a very confusing way. Sometimes, I just needed to speak with someone and there was no one at the reception. Also, they just gave us one towel (we were two people) and no additional toiler paper. The toilet got wet every shower, and the shower didn't work properly. But the worst part was them pushing me to write this review in front of the staff, which I didn't and they were quite pushy. If you want a cheap place near the pyramids, its a good option - but consider others.
