I enjoyed my stay in Tbil lnn. The main selling point is the location and the price. Right in the middle of old Tbilisi. The reception staff were very nice. I'm a light sleeper so I was worried about the noise but I had no problem. I would stay here again and I would recommend it.
It is a small thing but there was a jug of water available for the guests but it wasn't always topped up.

It was quite near Meidan Bazaar
It was on a steep road not accessible by taxi. Also, there was no elevator.
