The resident parking lot is quite dark and quite dirty and quite creepy if you are alone.

great location. walking distance to almost everything. a lot of restaurants and street food. The stay agent is responsive. Swimming pool is crystal clear and clean. Studio room with 2 double beds, complete with TV, sofa, dining table and very basic cooking utensils.

The owner/agent need to check on the cleaning/maintenance team. The room smells smoke and not very clean- there are still stains on the floor when we entered. There are 2 airconds- both are barely functioning (old ones), need to call the maintenance man (after informed), he did come to add on gas etc, however only 1 aircond is revived. The other is not functioning through out the stay. The beddings- i am not sure whether they changed it or not have some brownish stain on it. (if using white bedsheets, might need to clean with some special detergent for white cloth). The instruction to parking area is not that clear, the parking looks unsafe as u have to enter through the underconstruction phase of the apartment.
