Objekt je izuzetno čist, odlično opremljen, s odvojenim ulazom i predivnim dvorištem i terasom. Prozori imaju komarnike (bitna stavka za Osijek) i osigurano parkirno mjesto ispred kuce. Vlasnica je ljubazna, nenametljiva i stoji na raspolaganju ukoliko trebate pomoć. Mozda najbolji objekt u Osijeku u kojem smo odsjeli.
