The location is 15 minutes from 5th avenue, reasonable but a bit far. The room was comfortable, well equipped and everything worked well. It was quiet at night. No problems with communication. The rooftop pool area was nice and usually empty. There is a large supermarket nearby.
I stayed for 4 weeks but was not offered any room service or change of towels and bed linen. The water dispenser on the ground floor was usually empty. There was no washing machine in the building.

A modern and comfortable room. Communication with the host was good. The pool on the roof is nice. It is quiet. It’s a little out from the centre but still only a ten minute walk to 5th Ave. Good value for money.

La propiedad fue fiel a las imágenes presentadas y con las comodidades esperadas para dos personas.
Se nos cobro 60 U$S extras al precio publicado en Booking donde se mencionaba que los impuestos de tazas y servicios ya estaban incluidos. La razón del cobro era para costear gastos de luz, limpieza y mantenimiento. En oportunidades tuvimos olor a cloaca en el departamento y falta de agua (dificultades que son propias del edificio).
