Pulitissimo, accogliente, comodo, ottimo wifi. Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend e abbiamo usato l’appartamento solo di appoggio per dormire e fare colazione, ma la casa è ben fornita di tutto quello che può servire anche per un soggiorno in cui si vive di più la casa. Roberto è stato molto gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi nostra domanda.
C’è un piccolo centro commerciale a pochissimi minuti a piedi da casa, con i servizi minimi necessari (bar, supermercato, tabacchi, pizzeria da asporto, parafarmacia)

Well-equipped flat with everything one could need for even a longer stay. Air-conditioned. The host kindly prolonged our check-out which was very helpful. He was also very responsive throughout our stay, explaining everything clearly, even with videos of how to find the keys and get in.
The property is fairly far from the centre, about 20 minutes on the bus (the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the flat) but the buses are frequent even in the evening and the 24h ticket for Cagliari very well priced (3.30 EUR) so it isn't an issue if you don't mind a bit of (very decent) public transport.

Bagno piccolo. Doccia molto stretta. Dover stendere i panni nell'area condominiale.

Die Lage
Toilettensitz war defekt und man mußt beim fdraufsitzen sehr aufpassen. Wir wurden aber daraufhin gewiesen, dass dies der Vorgänger kaputt gemacht hätte.
