The property was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. A lot more relaxing than staying in a hotel room.

There is so much to like about CosyTownhouse. The bedrooms were on the top floor, each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. The main living area, street level, was a large rectangular room with lounging/tv area, dining area, kitchen and half bath, and a deck off of the kitchen. And the basement was a good sized lounge area; perfect for teens. Since we had a toddler as part of our group, the washer/dryer is much appreciated. It’s a new complex, so everything was in perfect shape. The kitchen is well appointed, and the host was thoughtful in having a high chair and plates/utensils for small children (a plus). The location is two blocks from the river and a 3-5 minute drive to downtown and all the best restaurants.
This is one of the best properties we have rented, so I can only praise. No complaints.
