Der Ausblick aus der 9.Etage ist fantastisch, von 3 Seiten Fenster. Die Lage zu Bäcker, Eisdiele und anderen Einkehrmöglichkeiten ist hervorragend. Stadtbus hält auch in der Nähe. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, genügend Geschirr und Gläser. Matratzen recht neu und bequem.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt sehr viel Deko, was leider die Grundreinigung erschwert.
