Very close to skytree and the mall, oshiage station is close by. Provides towels, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, iron. Everything is there. 711 and local supermarkets close by, very good location. Room is small for 5 people but expected in Japan i suppose

Asked for toilet roll on last day and was told we need to check out at 11am which i already knew. I mentioned we may leave at 11.30 and was told straight no. Found that a bit unnecessary

The location is very convenient, as it is close to Oshiage Skytree Station and the nearby mall. There are many well-reviewed restaurants in the area, with an AEON supermarket located right downstairs and several 7-Eleven stores around the corners, making daily necessities easy to access. The washing machine includes both washing and drying functions, which made doing laundry more convenient. The room was relatively clean overall. A Dyson hair dryer was provided, but it was not well maintained. Since towel replacement and basic room cleaning services were not provided, we had to wash the towels ourselves during the stay. A Dyson vacuum cleaner was available at the lift lobby, but it was also quite dusty.

One of the beds was broken and made a loud creaking noise whenever we got on it. There were also several power trips during our stay when we used the hair dryer, water heater, and washing machine at the same time. Although the power came back in less than a minute, it was still inconvenient as we had to restart all the appliances. Additionally, the air conditioner and refrigerator made a loud humming noise at night, and we had to use earplugs we bought from a convenience store to sleep. Overall, the apartment requires better and more regular maintenance.
