La casa é stupenda sotto tutti i punti di vista, accoglienza meravigliosa, ristruttura molto bene, curata in tutti i dettagli ed in ottima posizione. "Il mare d'inverno è un concetto che il pensiero non considera" cantava Bertè in una famosa canzone eppure questo ponte dell'Immacolata ad Ostia è stato fantastico, la struttura ha sicuramente influenzato molto. Ti senti a casa sin da subito ed i proprietari sono fantastici.
