O apartamento é bem novo, estava muito limpo e "cheiroso". É bem ensolarado e arejado. Nem foi necesário ligar o ar condicionado. O anfitrião deixou água, refrigerante e cápsulas de café como cortesia, o que facilita para quem chega à noite e não consegue fazer uma compra de imediato. A cama é confortável, bem como o sofá-cama que foi utilizado uma noite pela nossa filha. As louças e eletrodomésticos são novos e de boa qualidade. Meu marido só sentiu falta de uma garrafa térmica. A localização é muito boa porque dá acesso fácil tanto ao centro da cidade, como às principais rodovias. Aprovadíssima essa acomodação!!!

Anfitrião sempre solicito, atendendo quaisquer dúvidas. O flat impecável , móveis sob medida , cama confortável , ótimo ar condicionado, utensílios ótimos , garagem privativa . Enfim, nota máxima . Recomendo e com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar lá.
