Die zentrale Lage und das moderne Ausstattung .
Die schnelle und freundliche Reaktion der Verwalterin , eine neue Pfanne und weitere Utensilien zu besorgen die fehlten .
Der Boden im Bad war voller Haare und insgesamt war die Unterkunft nicht sehr gepflegt . Der Boiler im Bad leckt und das nicht seit gestern , der Boden hat sich schon entfärbt durch das heiße Wasser. Die Wohnung hat einen Wasserschaden an der Decke in der Küche , wohl von der oberen Wohnung und Versicherungsfall , nicht nur hässlich anzusehen sondern eigentlich nicht vermietbar. Die Pfanne in der Küche war nicht mehr brauchbar, die Küche im allgemeinen schlecht ausgestattet.
