The owner is the sweetest woman, she is very helpful and always at the end of the phone if you need her. Great location near all bars and restaurants. It’s very simple and excellent for the price
My room had the window covered over so I had no natural light coming through. The bathroom is across the landing and is very small. But these are very minor complaints

The room was really nice and perfect for a good night sleep as the room was very dark. Despite being on the busy street it was very quiet at night. Great location within walkable distance to all things. Very kind host who was very attentive.
Mattress was a bit hard and the bathroom was small

Excellent location, right in the middle of the walking street Bui Vien but the rooms are excellently insulated! It was so quiet! If the bed were comfortable and the room was clean i could have slept really well.
The room was just passable. I question the cleanliness overall and the amenities are cheap and old but i guess they where there. Everything is really old and small really but for the money i guess you could do worse
