Location was great, nice area close to many great restaurants and the beautiful park. Felt like a safer area to walk even at night. Wifi, worked well. The call center for help acted quickly when our door lock wasn't working upon arrival.
Our apartment was dirty, towels had nasty stains on them. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. The microwave had peeling paint inside. The utensils, cutlery, dishes were all odds and ends and glass ware looked dirty, windows covered in a layer of dirt. There was no laundry detergent. The hot water was so difficult to turn on, you'd need to be a rocket scientist. We had an exposed electrical plug which had wires exposed 😳 very dangerous
