Extremer Fluglärm über viele Stunden auch bis abends um 22.00 Uhr!!! Keine Schlüsselübergabe,mussten den Sicherheitsdienst bemühen, der zum Glück sehr hilfsbereit war, Eingangsschlüssel zum Gebäude nicht dabei,wurde erst am nächsten Abend gebracht, kein WLAN,obwohl angegeben, schlechte Betreuung von Novasol.

We loved the complex and its proximity to the beach , our apartment was very nice and well appointed but we were disappointed at the lack of general maintenance, the patio door handle was loose so we were unable to lock the door, the front door handle came off in our hand, both patios were very dirty and the windows filthy. The sheets in the second bedroom were really badly creased and the bed cover had holes in it. The bath needed a slip mat or a grab handle for safety reasons. The complex is delightful but once again let down by lack of maintenance, the lighting around the complex needed a lot of replacement bulbs which made it very dark at night. The fact that the complex is directly under the flight path of the nearby air force training facility may be an issue for some.
