Confusing, Moldy, and Miserable – Avoid This Place
The pool,
From the moment we tried to access the accommodation, it was chaos. The email provided had two separate links—one for building access and another for the abode itself—but neither was clear. The surrounding streets had no names, making navigation a nightmare.
Landlord could draft an email saying “This link is to the abode – Link A – and it starts in street A and goes up a hill to your destination. Note the street has no name, yet from the video you will be able to find it” and then another separate paragraph showing how to enter the property.
Upon entering, we were hit with a strong smell of mold. It seemed to be coming from the main room, bottom left side, where a suspicious paint job looked like it was covering up damage or perhaps maybe due to the flat being closed for some time. We had to open all the windows before even thinking about using the air conditioning.
Speaking of which, the air conditioning control was completely unreadable—no display, no instructions—just a guessing game. The internet was advertised as a “giveaway,” but it barely worked, making it useless.
The shower setup was laughable. It had a blanket-like curtain that covered nothing, so water spilled everywhere. As for the sleeping arrangements, they crammed two twin beds into what looked like a closet. If you want your kids to experience heat-induced misery, this is the place—no air conditioning and stiflingly hot.
We tried calling the landlord—no answer. Chatting online was equally frustrating; they only responded to questions they felt like answering. No info was provided about the swimming pool hours, and the key wasn’t labelled. We had to carry three different keys just to figure out which one worked.
Overall, this place was a disaster. If you value clarity, comfort, and basic hospitality, look elsewhere.

La posizione tranquilla con una bellissima vista sulla collina, anche se molto distante dal mare senza auto non è comodo arrivare in paese ,la luminosità dell'appartamento, gli arredi moderni,il parcheggio privato
La scarsissima pulizia a cominciare dalla rampa di scale che portava alla porta d'ingresso x non parlare del divano tutto macchiato di non si sa bene cosa , manate unte su tutti i pensili della cucina che non abbiamo usato x cucinare x fortuna perché sporca pure quella...non un sacchetto x i rifiuti che x altro nel regolamento era indicato di smaltire x conto nostro un unica spugna x pulire bagno e cucina non una goccia di detersivo o sapone o una bottiglietta d'acqua nemmeno x l accoglienza. Frigo e tazza del bagno indecenti giardino fuori con erbaccia alta ovunque ma la chicca sono stati i letti a castello posizionati un misero spazio praticamente nella cabina armadio il telecomando del climatizzatore con le pile scariche così da non poterlo accendere e l'assistenza gentile al telefono ma poi senza nessun riscontro risolutivo! Non ci tornerei più x due notti quasi 500 euro mi aspettavo di meglio

Presenza del giardino esterno, panorama. Molto carina la piscina con presenza di bagnino.
La casa non era molto pulita e non c'era nulla al suo interno a livello di spugnette, detersivi, neanche un tappetino per la doccia o una tenda per la doccia, il bagno si allagava ogni volta. Pochissime stoviglie presenti. La "camera" con i letti a castello è in realtà una cabina armadio con dentro questi due letti dimensione bambino e non adulto. L'asciuga capelli era minuscolo formato da viaggio che si surriscaldava facilmente e si doveva aspettare che si raffreddasse. Presente barbecue vecchio e arrugginito.
