Muy limpio y cómodo. Es una casa muy bonita.
Está un poco alejada del centro pero muy cerquita del mirador principal de la ciudad.

Large older home on ground floor a little above the vista point. It was an easy walk to get downtown and cab or funicular back up. There is a small kitchenette, including coffee pot, refrigerator, srove top and microwave, as well as two bedrooms. It works well for a family, and our dog was well treated.
The older building didn't have a lot of electric outlets or lighting. Two bedside lamps are there, but not plugged in, as there is no plug near the beds.

La ubicación es excelente. Está muy cerca del centro, sin tener la desventaja del ruido y mucha gente.

Buen tamaño y bien equipado el departamento, camas muy cómodas.
Facilidad para el ingreso y salida.
En la mañana no me salió agua caliente en la regadera 😓 (no pude avisar a la anfitriona porque era temprano y llevaba prisa pero supongo que es algo que se puede arreglar). Una de las cortinas estaba en mal estado y por lo tanto no cerraba completamente. Todo lo demás excelente. ☺️☺️
*No hay estacionamiento, hay lugar para estacionarse en la calle, pero parece que la calle es segura, yo no tuve ningún incidente.

Really good location. Top of the hill, quiet neighbourhood and very close to an excellent sandwich shop called El Origen.
Very easy to get to the central bus station and also to explore the centre by foot.
Plenty to see and do. Bed was comfortable!
Unfortunately we had no gas for 3-4 days. No gas meant no hot water for showers or for cooking.
I messaged the hosts on Friday morning but never heard back! We left on Monday morning. Not ideal as we had a wedding to attend on Saturday.
This was unusual as communication was very good on the day of arrival and also after the pipe leak on the first night. This is why a low rating has been given.
