The location. I could get to wherever i wanted to go to fairly easily. It is in a rural location and on the main road, however the road noise was not a problem.
I was originaly going to use it as a base to visit different parts of the country. In the end the call of Lviv was just too strong.
The staff were friendly despite the language issues, but a little persistence paid off.
I only stayed the one night. I thought it was good value. The food was good
The place has seen better days but I think it's a work in progress.
