Looking for a comfortable and calm place to stay? Be assured you are looking at the right place! This beautiful, remodeled home, with many upgrades. Upgrades include quartz counter top, baby gate around the lake, new flooring and much more.
This home is located inside gated community where security patrols 24 hours 7 days a week. Besides safety, this home also resides in Brookside neighborhood: one of the cleanest, friendliest area of Stockton California.
The Space:
The total living space of this house is 2664 square feet. It features with 5 bedrooms, three of which have a lake view. Attached to the master bedroom is a balcony looking down to a wide, beautiful view of late. There are 5 beds (1 king, 3 queens and a twin).
The house is just 3+ miles from University of Pacific
Walking distance to many famous and delicious restaurants and Starbucks.
Things to know:
Due to the nature of lakefront property, there are more gnats and bugs coming from the lake. Spiders feed on these insects. Because of this, Guests might see spiders and spider web outside around the house during the summer months. To avoid unexpected bugs going inside the house, the screen and sliding doors should be closed all times.
There are 4 cameras on my property. One camera is mounted in front of garage, one camera is mounted inside the garage. The other two cameras are mounted in the back and on the right side of the house.
