This cozy apartment has a living room with sofa Bed, one Queen Bed-room, Bathroom, Linens, Towels, dinner table, kitchenette with necessary utensils for your stay and private patio with Fire Pit with Grill (please bring your own wood or charcoal), table and hammock offers our guests the sweet serenity of a home away from home. Guests will have their own entrance.

•Please note that we're in Florida, so it's normal to see insects (bugs) from time to time even if Pet Control comes by. If you see any, I'll immediately fumigate and eliminate them. Seeing one will not entitle you to any type of refund.
✓🗑️GARBAGE: Please do not leave any garbage on patio areas, this attracts wildlife, Containers are located at the driveway. Please remove full garbage bags from the unit to avoid unpleasant visits.
✓🚬SMOKERS adhere to accommodation areas (PATIO), please. Refrain from any forms of inhalation inside of house.
✓💃VISITOR: For security reasons, you are required to inform Us if you will have visitors during your stay.
Note: for long-term stays, we provide toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the first week only. After that, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed. The long-stay discount is intended to help cover these additional expenses. Thank you for your understanding.

*The hammock is in Ottomans, please return it to the place after you use it. (to prevent it from getting wet)
*I leave a cooler in case if you go to the beach, use it
*I Leave a sweater in case you forget yours.
*I also left 2 pairs of sandals; I hope it is your size in case there
was no room in the suitcase.
Please leave whatever you use in the basket.

Great small property tucked away from some of the more busier areas. Everything you need for a small vacation, or if you’re on a work trip for an extended amount of time. Sol was extremely accommodating, and the best with the communication. I would stay here again for sure.

The property was absolutely perfect for myself and my 2 small daschunds. My 8 year old grandson was able to spend a night with me while I was there and it was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided and the owner was very accommodating and extremely easy to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again whenever I come to visit my daughter.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to our relatives and to Port St. Lucie proper. S O L. our hostess was very gracious and able to accommodate some special needs. Thank you. We look forward to staying again when we can.

Linens, towels, & toilet supplies were scarce. A dresser with drawers would be a welcome addition.
