Welcome to our retreat the Emerald Den! Escape the daily demands of life, among the trees and shoreline of beautiful Lewis Smith Lake. A location that provides all the modern comforts of home - open living space, full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wifi , with the opportunity to unplug and enjoy the serenity of lake life.
The Den provides plenty of room for families or friends to spread out. Lighted stairs lead down to a large floating dock with power, swim ladder and year round water, offers everything you need for a memorable getaway and unforgettable vacation.
You will be close to plenty of dining, shops, and activities just 15 minutes from the city of Cullman,. If you're looking to venture further, Huntsville and Birmingham are both about an hour away.
• Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin over full bunk and day bed), plus a cozy loft.
• Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, stocked w/ towels and essentials.
• Waterfront Paradise: Enjoy direct lake access w/ your private boat dock and swimming area.
• Outdoor Living: Sip your morning coffee on the spacious back porch w/ stunning lake views.
• Entertainment: The loft is perfect for family game nights, and a smart TV with streaming options is available.
• Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances for all your cooking needs.
• Outdoor Activities: Cast a line and fish from the dock, swim in the clear waters, or explore the lake by boat. Smith lake park and boat launch 10 min away

The host was welcoming and responsive prior to our arrival. The home was spacious and kitchen well supplied. Setting was beautiful and the loft room was a nice space to chill. There were some areas that could use a little TLC in and around the home (caulking and tile work in showers, walls painted, leaf management in driveway and parking area), but overall a very nice place.
