About this villa rental
"Soladela" is a new contemporary wooden villa of 150m2 with a magnificent view of the maquis and the mountains.
The single-story villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. A 250m2 terrace surrounds the house and its heated (30°C) 10x4m pool.
The villa is located in a recent, quiet and family-friendly residence, close to the most beautiful beaches of Corsica: Maora at 5mn, Spérone at 15mn and Santa Giulia at 20mn. The town of Bonifacio is at 10mn and Figari Airport is 20mn.
The entire house is air-conditioned with floor vents, and each room has its control panel to adjust the temperature.
After passing through the villa's gate, you will take the driveway leading to the entrance and garage.
The entrance opens into the living area, a spacious lounge and kitchen. The 3-meter ceiling height and the 7-meter and 4.5-meter windows offer a unique and breathtaking view of the maquis and the mountains of southern Corsica. The curtains covering all openings allow you to play with the light.
The living room is equipped with a smart TV, with Orange TV and Netflix. A Sonos soundbar adds dynamism to the ambiance. A wireless Sonos Move speaker is also paired with the setup, allowing you to play your favorite sounds anywhere in the villa and its surroundings. 2 sofas (turning as bed with Dunlopillo queen mattress) 3.5 seats each, with 2 designs armchairs will invite you to relax.
The modern and sleek kitchen features top-of-the-line Neff appliances, including a 2-meter refrigerator, a 2-meter freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, a hood, etc. Japanese cooking knifes, a Cooking robot and a Vacuum robot will assist you.
From the living room, you can access the master suite, which includes a bathroom, a dressing room with a workspace, and also offers a magnificent view of the Corsican horizon.
The sleeping area offers 2 bedrooms with a bathroom:

A crib is available, as well as additional mattresses.
The pool is heated to 30°C, measures 10m x 4m and is secured with an underwater key-operated cover. Six sun loungers with mattresses are set up nearby, 2 under the garden olive trees and 4 on the terrace with 2 umbrellas.
The outdoor shower, accessible from the terraces, the pool or the vehicle parking area in front of the house, provides hot and cold water at any time of the day.
An upper terrace, sheltered by a 9-meter-long pergola, features two areas:
- A lounge with 2 sofas, 2 coffee tables, and 2 armchairs
- A kitchen area with a stainless steel gas plancha and a table for dining for up to 8 people.
