House was clean on arrival, more than enough space for the 4 of us 2 dogs. Nice back yard and lower recreation area in basement.

This was a great property, with a well-stocked kitchen, great backyard for the dogs to run. My kids loved the game room with ping pong, etc. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay!

Overall my family enjoyed our stay. Clean, sufficient, cozy home. Our boys loved the rec room in garage. The enclosed backyard was a plus for our dogs. The distance to the beach is about a 2 mile walk but convient if you dont mind paying for a golf cart rental or parking during peak season. The rooms were comfy and clean.
If I have to picky and the only reason is to provide feedback … highly recommend bringing your own cookware or being provided better cookware.
I also maybe would suggest a dehumidifier for the garage rec room. There must’ve been a lot of rain prior to our stay so the rug was a little saturated and room was a little musty. I would also suggest checking decorative pillows prior to stays due the ones in the rec room had major stains. our intent is not to be negative but just provide helpful hints. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back.

Wonderful property. Lots of room kitchen was well appointed and beds were really comfortable. The game room and outdoor shower were a big plus.
I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.
