The owners Gasper and Rose are some of the nicest and sweetest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in the Philippines. To be honest, the room could have been really bad, and I’d still book here again just to support them and have a chance to have another chat, very lovely people. The room has a really nice cold air con, super comfy bed with plenty of comfy pillows and blankets, a good sofa to chill on, super nice pool that felt amazing after long hot days exploring Bukidnon, and a smart TV with Netflix already signed in, and a really good strong wifi. As far as location goes, it’s only about 30 minutes by scooter to Dahilyan adventure/forrest park, and there is a 7/11 plus a few restaurants and petrol stations less than 5 minutes away. Definitely would recommend this place!

Unfortunately I have to be honest about the things I did not like; the CR space is very cramped, especially for someone my size. Generally speaking there is a bit of bug problem, mostly ants so no biggie, and plenty of flies and mosquitos outside so bring some OFF if you come. This is probably all more due to the location of the stay rather than anything the hosts have control over, but one thing I did find sort of unfortunate was, it seems anytime the toilet is used in the CR, be it when flushed or when the bidet hose is used, there is a terrible sewage smell that lingers in the space. I think an S trap it’s called, or p trap? Installed on the toilet, or a vent fan in the CR would probably fix this, and this may just be another “comes with the location sort of thing.”

Peace and quiet has pool (although it is on renovation but will be ready i think in a week) affordable and hands on owner
