Ho scelto questo appartamento per la sua vicinanza all’Allianz Stadium, dove dovevo recarmi per motivi di lavoro e conferenze. L’alloggio è molto spazioso — per me che viaggiavo da solo era quasi fin troppo grande — ma l’ho trovato ben arredato, pratico e perfetto dal punto di vista logistico. Lo staff è stato gentile e preciso nella consegna delle chiavi. Anche i costi mi sono sembrati in linea con i prezzi attuali della zona. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto buono.

L’unica nota meno positiva riguarda il parcheggio sottostante, che non è sempre disponibile; fortunatamente, però, sono sempre riuscito a trovare posto senza troppi problemi.

Prima verblijf!

Het is een prachtig appartement aan de rand van de stad. Perfect gelegen om het stadion te bezoeken. In ongeveer een kwartier ben je met de auto in de stad waar je voor prima prijs kan parkeren. Het appartement ziet er prachtig uit! Ruim en modern. Prima badkamers en keuken. Contact met Alessio verliep prettig.

Alles was prima, als ik dan iets moet zeggen is extra servies en bestek handig.

Appartement neuf, confortable et propre pour une famille

Appartement très confortable très agréable et très propre. Bien chauffé. Très belles salles de bains. Nous avons choisi celui ci car les enfants avaient des devoirs et ma fille avait besoin de pouvoir s’isoler pour travailler. Il y avait un bureau dans la chambre des enfants. Ce qui était super. Les lits étaient confortables et notre chambre très grande avec beaucoup de rangements. Parking gratuit facile devant l’immeuble. Situé quasiment en face du stade de la Juventus. Nous sommes allés visiter Venaria Reale à 10 mn en voiture. Nous n’avons pas vu les propriétaires et les personnes qui gèrent l’appartement mais elles ont répondu à toutes nos demandes rapidement et efficacement. Si vous venez voir un match c’est super bien placé. Nous étions dans le centre en 20 mn/30 mn en voiture et nous nous garions au parking du mercato central à la limite de la ZTL.

Un peu excentré mais nous le savions en réservant. Cela ne nous a pas gêné.
