Location was generally very accessible even if it didn't look like it at first. The keys were also quite easily located once the rough edges were smoothed out (Grab drops at the other block unfortunately, so if you don't ask the driver to drop you right after the left entrance you'll have to walk a long way back up across the other stores)
The instructional video could've been in English. Even if I could do something like translate sentences, I'd probably need a second phone...
