Location. Wonderful view of Sydney harbour from l panoramic lounge window. Lovely walk down through Cremorne Reserve to ferry, and across to Circular Quay. Very quiet, but close enough to central Sydney. Bed comfortable.
Furnishings are adequate, but cheap and sparse. Washing up liquid etc was in individual sachets, and counted out to provide just enough for stay. Felt a bit mean.

Location fantastic, views amazing, beautiful old home.
Heating. Lounge room freezing. Had to sit in bedroom at all times. Even with blankets supplied for loungroom, area was uncomfortable cold. Broken towelrails, bathroom dirty in corners.
