Floriana Cosy Townhouse 5 min walk to Valletta

The apartment is located very close to Valetta so everything is within the walking distance. The apartment is pretty spacious and well maintained. All the kitchen equipment is there and ready to be used.

AC in a living room was sometimes malfunction and the rooms are lacking widows. On a ground floor the only window is facing to a small (just a few sqm) lightwell when on the 1st floor there is a window to the street in one room and window to the same lightwell in another. But this is a typical architectural decision which is not really disturbing.

Brak okna na parterze, jedynie do szybu z tyłu gdzie były klimatyzatory i piony z kanalizacją.

Convenient for centre of Valletta. Close to cafe and supermarket. Nice renovation of old house. Prompt responses from owner.

In a location where lots of renovation was taking place which led to a lot of building noise early in morning and sleep disruption. We were wedged between two properties which were being renovated.Some mention of this needs to be included in information provided about the property by the owner and/or booking.com. Debris from one renovation littered the pavement next to our property for our stay. Very unsightly. AC unit in the bedroom was very noisy and not possible to use if in the room. Despite instructions about how to access the TV, it was impossible to get a signal throughout our stay. Unfortunately I was badly bitten during the night by mosquitoes, warranting a visit to a chemist next day for tablets and ointment. The size of the insect spray in the cupboard suggests that this again was an issue that might have been anticipated, but we had not been aware of it. Some sort of welcome pack might have been nice by the owner, Instead we were met with random bits of food in a cupboard left by previous guests, two tea bags and solidified coffee granules at the bottom of a jar. Perhaps these need to be disposed of by whoever is responsible for cleaning the flat before new guests arrive. Despite the fact that there was a washing machine, there were no tablets available. Surely guests shouldn’t be expected to go out and buy their own? More care needs to be taken in ensuring that everything they say is available actually is.
