L'appartamento è molto accogliente, situato proprio a due passi dal Ponte Milvio. La zona ha un sacco di bar, botteghe e servizi raggiungibili comodamente a piedi.
La zona di Ponte Milvio ha una movida piuttosto attiva e per chi soffre il rumore o fatica a prendere sonno (non io) potrebbe avere problemi

Letto (divano letto) abbastanza scomodo, la impossibilità di oscurare la luce che entra dalla porta di notte, manca una mensolina nella doccia

Il letto non è confortevole perché la struttura del letto ha ceduto provocando un avvallamento centrale al letto. Il calcare (penso sia il calcare ...) impedisce il funzionamento ottimale della doccia del bagno.
