Good location
Top floor, the lift is not going to the last floor. Narrow stairs leading to the floor. Very loud construction happening next door as from 8am.

2 steps from Spinola bay. Communication with hosts was fast and the retrieval of the keys was easy.
The claim of an "amazing" view from the property at number 87 is inaccurate. The constant noise from other residents, including slamming doors and loud talking in communal areas, was unacceptable - although this is not the fault of the property. The internet service was consistently poor. The incompatibility of the kitchen appliance plugs with the wall sockets was a basic oversight that required me to request an adapter. The minuscule bathroom offered no practical storage for toiletries. To add to this, the furniture throughout the property was noticeably outdated. Expect loud construction noises in the area starting at about 7:30 in the morning.
