Appartement T2 la perle bleue

The host was very nice, responsive and helpful. Although when I arrived I spoke almost zero French and he speaks no English, communicating via Google Translate was fairly easy and acceptable to the host. The apartment is conveniently located near Agde city center, only 10 minute drive from several beaches and easy entry as it's on the first floor. There is a shared washer and dryer in a laundry room also on the first floor and I couldn't hear any noise from others in the building unless my door was open. It's also very walkable location for bakeries, several restaurants and convenience grocers although you should check on the bus schedule or have a car to get to beaches or larger shopping.

The location is on a fairly busy street so traffic noise is an issue if you want to open the windows. There is also a street light outside the bedroom that's on until 1:30am, so you need to close the shutter to sleep-which is rough for those of us who get up with the sun. Also as there are only sheers on the windows it fairly requires you to close the shutters for privacy after dark. Parking can be a challenge at times but I was mostly able to find a spot within 1 block. Be aware that much in Agde is closed in the off-season.
