City West studio apartment

The check in was very straight forward. The host was helpful. Though I did not use it, the apartment has a functional kitchen, and a folded table. It has a small living room. For me, it is not bad not good, I usually never use the living room when I travel, The bedroom is small, what makes it warm in winter. During my staying, this was an advantage.

The access to the bed is not fit for peple with movility limitations. So for young and middle age guest is ok, for older people with movility problems, I would not recomend it, for the bedromm is almost as the same size as the bed. It would have been nice to have courtines or blinds in the kitchen windows. During the night, and with the lights on, anybory outside can see the interior of the apartment. In my case, I slept with the door of the bedroom open, for the apartment was warm enough. An opaque courtain, or blinds in the kitchen windows, would have been apreciated, I think the terrace is part of the apartment, sincerely, I did not check it, maybe this is the reason of not having opaque curtains in these windows, however, I don't really know.

I really loved the apartment. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. All over was clean. The kitchen, the bathroom and the living are fully equipped. There is a backyard where you can hold clothes on the hanger and also smoke. Everything is perfectly detailed and specified. There are little notes that can help with the doubts that could possibly appear. In regards to the communication with the host, it was perfect. I've got the answers I needed very quickly and politely. Finally, the neighborhood is quiet and safe in case you are a lonely traveler. It's a bit far from the bus station, but you can walk all over so it shouldn't be a problem. What's more, it's just an hour walk to the center of the city and the old town, and seven to ten minutes away from a supermarket or grocery store.

The only thing I can say just to make the stay even better, is that there should be a light in the entrance and stairs to get to the apartment. It was a bit dark when I got there at night.

I slept over in this apartment because I missed my train to Split and I had to find a place in Zagreb to stay for the night. So I wasn't there for more than one night, but from what I've seen it was a beautiful, comfortable, spacious apartment, very clean, with everything you need. I got the key from a lock box (at first the host accidentaly gave me the wrong code, but after calling them they quickly corrected it - the host was very friendly).

Upon flushing the toilet once you had to wait up to 20 mins to flush it again, because it seems the water wouldn't collect properly. I mentioned this to the host and they said they will check it out and fix it, so I assume by now they have already addressed this issue.
