The room was clean, large and confortable. The lady in the reception was very friendly and helpful. Located next to the bus station and ~20min walk away from the Fitzroy trail entrance. Good value for money
The only downside was that we had to wait 2h to check-in as nobody was available at the reception and the whatsapp contact was not responsive. Ideally the host should contact guests the day before and not on the same day to ask about the arrival time if that piece of info was THAT important. Host should improve comunication. Other than this episode, everything else was good.

The Location
The breakfast was terrible and the lady in the reception is not very helpful with details of the stay or things to do in town
