The appartment is well furnished and very confortable with an elevator. It was a walking distance from Mensvic grand hotel where I was having my conference. There is a power generator and very good quality wifi. The host was very welcoming. He was very kind and gave me a ride to the nearby pharmacy when I arrived.

You are responsible for cleaning the appartment during your stay or you pay extra for someone to come an clean it for you.

It was clean and very functional, good kitchen. For someone needing a long stay in Accra it would work well.

Things you should know: 1. This is a single apartment in a residential building. There is no check in place, it is all done by meeting one staff person who lives far away, check in time arranged via informal communication in advance of arrival. 2. They do not accept credit cards. This was not made clear beforehand. It was challenging to find enough cash to pay. 3. The owners stay far away across the city, apparently, and are not available at the guest's convenience. It was actually a big challenge to locate them in order to pay the cash for the room. I had to stay up late in the night to wait for them to arrive through Accra traffic, just to pay for the room. They could not make themselves available during work hours or at "lcheck out time in the morning. Irritating and inconvenient. Overall the management does not seem to be accustomed to running a business. They operate as if the guest should be available at their convenience, rather than the other way around.
