Size and proximity to the exhibition centre. Host was extremely helpful. He guided me all throughout and made good suggestions about local commute. He gave me enough time to make the payment as I was not carrying local currency.
Poor quality of electric goods, no provision of dishes and cutlery and stinking toilet. The throw and use type towels provided were not very effective. However, the host was considerate and assured to address these issues.
