1 комнатная квартира в ЖК Арман в самом центре города

Nice location. Good bedding. WiFi works well.

A very strange rule to throw away the rubbish outside before going away, otherwise they won’t return the money (10.000 tg). I am absolutely new to the city, it took me 20 min to find a decent trash bin. No idea what I would be doing if I had a plane at 4 am. Moreover, smb left smth in the kitchen. So, quite a strange rule for such inaccuracies in following the rules one sets By the way, the money they refuse to return is the deposit, which you don’t know about right until entering the property – they just tell that you need to pay not 40 but 50 k. Of course I didn’t have this much money – and had to search for it everywhere. I only had 6 k tg on food – but had to spend it + 4 k borrowed on this deposit:( We were in contact with the property, I have no idea why they just didn’t tell about that – neither on booking, nor in the messages
