Lugar tranquilo, comodo, limpio. El personal de apoyo esta muy pendiente de cualquier requerimiento, buen lugar para descansar y desconectarse.

Podria mejorar la calidad del desayuno servido en relacion a la variedad de los productos y de los productos ofrecidos, mas no de la preparacion por parte de las personas de apoyo.

Un excelente lugar para descansar y apreciar la naturaleza. Todo en un solo lugar

The place is well maintained by the housekeeping and maintenance people who are adorable and efficient and always willing to help out. Super attentive young couple and helpful all the time from welcome through exit

Regarding the facility owner or operator, they need more coaching on how to treat others and operate a business. I had originally booked for an entire family, and half could not make it due to the death of one of the people; instead of adjusting the value or showing some human level of respect, she blamed the broker (Booking.com). That was only the beginning, ok I understood the position. But I guess for Booking and the rest, you need to be aware that the owner of this place is a total squzo, has cameras inside-and ot the property, and nowhere is a disclaimer or a consent to film people, as that is a violation of privacy. Those cameras made noise all night, at which I disconnected and obviously we departed earlier as well. A shame the place has potential, but the operator needs some real coaching
