Welcome London Seven Dials

Hôte très réactif et soucieux de notre confort : nous avons rapidement résolu le problème de chauffage à notre arrivée (il faisait 17°C). Les instructions reçues étaient claires pour récupérer les clés. L'appartement était typique londonien et bien placé juste en dessus d'un des cafés les plus connus de la ville et d'un bar au coin de la rue, le tout dans un super quartier Nous avons adoré cet appartement.

Il serait parfait de l'allumer avant l'arrivée des locataires. L'appartement est agréable, mais les fenêtres d'origine isolent mal du bruit et des courants d'air (donc pensez à prendre de simples boules-kies ;-). Le canapé-lit est inconfortable pour deux ado et l'ajout de rideaux dans la pergola serait idéal pour empêcher la lumière du jour de passer.

The building stairwell leading to the apartment was not clean, but I'm not sure if it's the responsibility of the renter

Location is fab, property communication and access was super simple. The apartment is clean, homely and has everything you need for a great stay.

Nothing that can’t be managed with some light earplugs, but due to your amazing central location off Seven Dials you are above a busy street with a little noise. It didn’t affect my stay however as I brought earplugs

This is a decent small apartment in an expensive area. The Seven Dials location is easy walking distance to theaters, clubs, shopping, pubs, Covent Garden venues, Leicester Square, SoHo, and Chinatown.

The furnishings are basic. The sofa/bed is uncomfortable. No extra chair in living room. One coffee table, but no end table. No lamp. The bedroom is tiny. The bathroom is very small--best part was the shower. No AC so you have to rely on fans for cooling. The windows are operable, but I wouldn't risk leaving them open. You might have pigeons fly in. I also wouldn't leave the back windows open because you don't know who has access to the little deck outside.
