Mole View by Wonderful Italy

Perfect location and a really big, comfortable apartment. Well equipped.

We were three friends travelling together. The apartment was well located for trams and buses and spacious enough to accommodate us However, communication with the managing agents was not good even though we had given our arrival time details well in advance and then updated on our journey and on arrival at the bus depot. A text message informed us that we would be met an hour later which meant standing on the street for an hour with our suitcases. It was only after serious pressure that Matteo agreed to meet us within 15 minutes. It got worse. The apartment was not ready even though it was after 4pm, Beds not made up or cleaning done. The cleaner arrived after half an hour. The electricals in the apartment need attention. Second bedroom, lamp is faulty and sparks. Hairdryer does not fit any of the sockets, the TV only provides Italian TV, also dodgy reception. Towels need replacing. Bring your own, soap, and any other comestibles.

It’s a pity that maintenance and management is not up to scratch.
