I enjoyed that the location was very close in proximity to other places throughout the city. Also the apartment complex itself was relatively clean and quiet. We didn’t use the amenities during our stay, but we did appreciate having the option to use them. We also loved having a shaded parking spot in hot and sunny Phoenix. It was nice having access to a microwave, fridge, stove, washer/dryer, and cleaning products (thank you so much!) The tv also worked well allowing us to sign in and out of our streaming services.
While most of the condo was clean, we did notice a weird blood spot on the bedding on the left side. The rest of the bedding was clean except for that so I didn’t fuss too much, but it was off putting seeing as this property charged a $150+ cleaning fee and it was not spotless. We also noticed a small bug in the bathroom the night before our departure (the first and last sighting.)

Accommodating host to our request for an early check in. Comfortable bed.
Found a coffeemaker with mold in the coffee grounds filter basket, obviously overlooked during cleaning. We just cleaned it up ourselves.
