L'appartement est situé au calme dans un quartier résidentiel proche de Kristiansand. Le logement est récent, propre et très fonctionnel, la salle de bain est spacieuse, l'espace vie agréable, la chambre tout a fait correcte. Le parking est gratuit, dans la rue, le long du garage de la maison. Un supermarché est à proximité (5 minutes en voiture).
Dans l'ensemble, rien à dire. Un petit bémol tout de même car l'appartement est en sous-sol, avec assez peu de lumière du jour, fenêtre dans la porte d'entrée et petite fenêtre dans la chambre.

Es handelt sich um eine dunkle Kellerwohnung mit winzigem TagesLichteinfall durch ein kleines Fenster in der Kellertür mit Außentreppe und ein kleines Oberlicht im Schlafraum. Der Blick geht auf einen Betonschacht mit Betondeckel bzw. An die Betonwand der Außentreppe. Es gibt keinen Handlauf. Gefährlich für ältere Leute , wenn auch noch Gepäck transportiert werden muss.
