The lovely view, the large airy rooms, good air conditioning - used as heaters during our February visit, well equipped kitchen, spacious 2 sitting rooms, a lovely supermarket only 10 mins away, the villa is ideal for groups of friends! Also we had a very good response by our hosts to our needs, providing us with a much-needed teapot! We used the sauna once, which was great. The hot jaccuzi was fun too. We went once in the pool (it was February!). You can go down many steps right down to the sea from the villa. Good wifi, very comfy beds (all of them).
There was a big storm and the electricity was partly cut off in our villa. However, the rapid response was excellent and an electrician came to sort it all out very fast. The only thing that could have been much better is for the owners to do some redecoration in a few parts of the house, for example some bathroom doors did not have locks, others with dodgy locks (a few of us were locked into the bathroom). Also some tiles in the bathroom had fallen off the wall. And a few other places needed some some attention, like the kitchen kick-board. It would have been great also to have some good reading lights in the sitting rooms. But on the whole it is a very wonderful villa, and it made for a hugely happy holiday.

How spacious it is, the kitchen facilities and washrooms by the pool. The view! Hot tub and sauna & gym!! The owners were very responsive and any questions or problems we had they sorted right away for us. The bbq gas run out & we had one delivered within 30 mins. Cannot fault their customer service. Would defo recommend for a family holiday.
Property does need a bit of work but nothing that affected our stay there etc cracked or missing tiles in bathrooms.

Wonderful location if looking for a quiet villa and away from the crowds. Amazing views. Large property. Great pool area.
Property is a little rundown in places. especially kitchen area and plumbing issues in master bedroom, no warm water. Old taps, missing tiles etc. could do with a facelift in places given marketed as luxury villa. We had issues with dishwasher and air conditioner too. Victoria the host was very responsive and helped as best she could. Could not fault her service.
