Great place for solo travellers
The staff were amazing, hotel incredible, food great, bar was fabulous too. My only comment would be to ooen the spa until 9pm like EOS/Helios, as if you ski till 5 and get the last lift, it’s not much time.

A brilliant week in a really nice hotel
Food on the whole was very good, plenty of choice and good quality. Rooms were spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The ski school for the children was right outside the boot room so that was perfect. The bar area was lovely with plenty of seating. The restaurant manager was really friendly.
The hotel is located quite a distance from the town, this was fine for us because we had young children with us but if you wanted to go out at night it made it difficult because the ski bus stops at 6.30pm

Nice new modern Hotel, massively let down by the mealtime arrangements and food.
Obviously a newish Hotel and reflected in the decor.
Mealtimes were a nightmare... way to busy, effectively a self serve/buffet arrangement. Food was average at best, but just getting a table was so difficult.. it all felt very stressful and unenjoyable. Breakfast was equally average, difficult to find an empty clean table, and generally having to queue for most things including coffee from, again, a machine which delivered poor coffee.. This whole experience let the hotel down massively

Super de chez super , très grands choix de charcuteries , viennoiseries , thé , café etc... , plusieurs jus de fruits machine ou frais, choix de plusieurs sortes de pain frais ou grillés , plusieurs choix d'oeufs , vraiment super complet !!
tout est super , la nourriture , le personnel , l'ambiance , les responsables de chaque service , le côté cosy de l'hotel , vraiment l'on passe un super séjour .

Très bon établissement mais ...
Nous avons aimé la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, les installations, la propreté et la diversité des buffets de restauration.
Le parking est payant ce qui n'était pas mentionné sinon il faut aller garer le véhicule à 15 minutes à pied... Un peu long mais bien pentu ! Nous sommes restés 3 jours mais la chambre n'a jamais été faite pendant notre séjour et avons dû remplacer nous même la recharge de produit douche qui nous a été remis suite à notre demande.
