I Left my phone charger in the lodge and they found it for me and are returning by post to me

This was a self catering apartment. Very comfortable and internally everything we needed. The only downside was the condition of the outside decking and balcony which could do with a bit of a tidy up.

We did not receive the WiFi password prior to arrival or upon arrival. Furthermore, it was not included in the welcome pack. We spent the first two hours of stay contacting the telephone number that was in the welcome pack and did not receive a response. We then called the number and the woman who answered did not apologise at all and was confused as to how we got her number which is really strange given that it’s included in multiple areas throughout the welcome pack. The woman then continued to give provide a reason for us not having the WiFi (colleague might have been in a rush as she was going on holiday). That is not a good enough reason. As adults, we all work and have to do our job properly and being in a rush to go on holiday is simply not a good enough reason.
