Le logement était très bien équipé et agréable avec la petite terrasse.
L'emplacement du logement est loin de tout mais c'est en connaissance de cause. Dans tous les cas si vous souhaitez visiter l'ile par vos propres moyens, il faut un véhicule. Si vous souhaitez uniquement visiter avec des tours, effectivement le logement est loin a pieds (environ 40 minutes) de la zone des excursions.

La Dueña is very pleasant, the clean room, terrace with plants, small clean pool, quiet street, scooter parking, kitchen facilities, refrigerator, everything was good, but you'll need transportation if you plan to get into the central square, beaches, boats and such. It is very close to a large supermarket with phamacy, bakery, etc.
Note: This is a common studio apartment, not a luxury hotel. You can find that, but not at this price.

We had a lovely stay at Habitación Cozumel... the room itself was very comfortable with a nice patio and all the basic appliances needed in the kitchen. We found the bed comfortable and Julio was an excelent host! He helped recommend some great local places to eat and also some beautiful places to see around the island.
The location could have been more central, but for us we enjoyed it since it wasn't in the middle of the touristy part of the city. It is also close to the main highway which goes towards the archeolical site and the Chen Rio beach, so in that regard its in a pretty good location.
