Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour son accueil. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et toujours à l’écoute. J’ai beaucoup apprécié leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse tout au long de mon séjour.
Je souhaite vous faire part de mon mécontentement concernant la qualité des repas proposés. Malheureusement, l’alimentation n’est pas très bonne et ne correspond pas à mes attentes.
