De locatie is erg goed, en een prima uitvalsbasis om de buurt te verkennen. De bedden zijn comfortabel.
Het tuinmeubilair liet echt te wensen over. Onder de luifel stond een versleten loungeset. De lange bank in het gras (zand) was erg ruw (niet af te kuisen dus) en ongemakkelijk. Omdat er geen tafelkleedje voorhanden was kochten we er een in de Hema. De tafel binnen is een hoge, met 4 niet gemakkelijke stoelen. Het badkamertje is wel erg klein!! Je kan er niets van je toiletgerief laten liggen. Algemeen vonden we dat het huisje toch wel een opsmuk kan gebruiken en ook niet geschikt is voor meer dan 4 personen.
