Bluebell Cottage

Lovely cottage, very well appointed and excellent hospitality. Strongly recommend and would definitely stay here again. There were many nice touches with the welcome pack including milk, eggs, bread, biscuits etc. There was some wood and kindling for the wood burner and the central heating works very quickly. Secure parking with an electric gate.

Nice and spacious, two living areas which was useful as I was away working with colleagues. Very well appointed and an amazing bathroom. Very pretty cottage with smart grounds and a garden. Easy marked parking for two cars and everything secure behind a coded gate.

I’m very tall and some of the doorways are quite low. To be expected with a cottage though!

This cottage is set in an idyllic yet easily accessible location and is truly stunning. It features two generously sized areas for relaxing, and the kitchen is a genuine dream for anyone who loves to cook. The separate laundry room is a fantastic bonus, thoughtfully equipped with a large Belfast sink, a washing machine, and baby highchair. We loved the beautifully landscaped garden, complete with a cozy seating area and a small BBQ. The upstairs matched the beauty of the lower level. Highlights included a massive bathroom with a great shower and a large ornate tub, plus two beautifully finished bedrooms. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest even during the hot weather. This is truly a home away from home and we can't wait to return, put our feet up by the log fire, and completely lose ourselves in the peace and quiet.

Steep stairs, the only downside but with a downstairs toilet, doesn't need to be.

We have stayed at Bluebell cottage on a previous occasion, Mel & George are fantastic hosts the cottage is amazing hopefully be back next year.
