About this house rental
Chalet including the owners' apartment upstairs (occasionally occupied during weekends or short stays). Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, laundry room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed / 1 double bed / 2 single bunk beds). Shower room (corner spa shower with jets) and WC. Furnished terrace and vast unfenced field. 5 seater outdoor hot tub. Sheets included in winter and beds made (rental in summer). Winter: car park on the edge of the municipal road, access on foot (or by toboggan) for 500 meters (with difference in height, road slope 10%, count about 15 minutes of walking), transport of luggage and provisions by caterpillar by the owner, ski lifts 500 m from the car park. In summer: carriageway and car park at the foot of the chalet. Shops at Bisanne 1500 station less than 1km away. Alpine chalet in the middle of nature, accessible in summer by car in summer by a 500 m motorable path. In winter, access on foot from the car park or have an equipped 4x4. In the event of snowfall, access is cleared of snow at least once a day. Alpine chalet from 1876 completely renovated by the owners in a mountain style. Bisanne 1500-Les Saisies / Espace Diamant ski area. Breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc massif, the Beaufortain and the Pierra Menta. Grandiose and quiet setting. Alpine chalet in the heart of nature, carefully renovated, below the resort of Bisanne 1500. After some effort to get back to the road in winter, near the vast Espace Diamant-Les Saisies ski area). Exceptional panorama of Mont-Blanc, Pierra Menta and the Beaufortain valley. Les Saisies Olympic resort 7km away. In the heart of Beaufortain, a real "little Savoyard Tyrol". Ideal for cycling or hiking in the summer on several mountain ranges (Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Tarentaise...). Many mythical passes! Many sporting and fun activities in all seasons in Les Saisies. A place not to be missed for lovers of nature and absolute calm.
