2 adjoining gites on the 1st floor (possibly twin) in the owners' house. On the 1st floor (independent access): living room-kitchen (pull-out sofa sleeps 2 80x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 80x200 cm), bathroom (bath), Independent WC, private terrace (20m²) and common ground with ping-pong table, darts and basketball board. Common laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Heated ski room and bike room (capacity 6 bikes) common to the 2 cottages. Court and parking (for 1 car). This old farmhouse renovated in a warm and mountain style is located in a residential area overlooking the village. From the terrace, enjoy an unobstructed view of the massif. From the chalet, many marked hikes begin through the vast areas of mountain pastures. Set off on the trails to discover the mountain flora and fauna and enjoy the panoramic views! In winter, the start of the "Portes du Mont-Blanc" slopes is less than 5 km by car, the free ski bus stops less than 50 m from the chalet and the area offers 100 km of slopes between La Giettaz , Megève, Combloux and Cordon. Many itineraries exist for ski touring or snowshoeing.
